ATTENTION!! ITS MY HONEST REVIEW BASED ON WHAT I ALREADY USED. Not a paid review or a 5 star review for getting a free product like other reviews in here. First of all the connection is not reliable, it would cause alarm for no reasons, finding each other is also not reliable, you may have to try a few times to make noise, vise versa on both phone and device. which is useless if you're looking for each other, all of this happens within one single room, not out of Bluetooth range or anything. Also phone battery drains very fast while the app is on as it also turns on the Bluetooth as well. Normal two day battery can only last 1 day. For $39.99 its useless.

Returned - because NOWHERE on the website does it show that the tile is hooked to the key chain via two little threads - THREADS! I believe one or both could break at any time. As I was packing it to return the package, one tile started beeping. It must have known I was unhappy. My fault for not noticing there was no little hole in the device to hook on my key ring. I accept that I should have looked for it and did not.If hanging by two little threads do not both you, some good things about it: App easy to download, install and setup - Total time was less than one minute. The beeping is loud, and it found my iPhone and I used the iPhone to find the key ring which it was hooked to.

Wow I love it easy directions and works GREAT. Thank you from older lady who has lost one set of car keys inside my house so I wanted to protect my other set till new one arrives

WASTE OF OUR MONEY - DON'T WASTE YOURS. 1stly- these do NOT WORK according to instructions. Poorly written and confusing instructions even for somebody who knows other languages. The tags are CONSTANTLY beeping for NO REASON. 2ndly, when they SHOULD work they do NOT WORK - even within 10 feet. 3rdly - I went to see on the map where my item was and the map is not in English - it is in Chinese. Oddly, when I first set the tags up the map was in English - this is a huge concern. See photo attached to review.

Works okay. Has to be within about 50 feet of range which isn’t bad. Could go through 2 or 3 walls as well. Returned it as it was hard to set up and didn’t seem super reliable. Also, one of the four trackers didn’t work and wouldn’t stay connected to the phone, and therefore wouldn’t “beep.” Decent product, the idea is good, just needs to be improved, as does the app. Don’t know how well the battery lasts, the photo idea is kind of dumb and confusing. The beeping was good. Some would beep louder than others though, which was weird.

The software doesn't work well with hardware, google map couldn't load, set it not to alarm when disconnected from Bluetooth it still go off, and the key finders will go off any time it want, useless, need to improve the software work with the hardware.I'm using android 9.0 pie, Bluetooth 5.0, Samsung phone.

The unhelpful staff never responds to emails. Product does not work beyond five feet away, the location indicated is difficult to determine the actual location.

Do not spend your money on that. All is a lie. The product as such is good but the app is rubbish. Google maps doesnt work, you cant search anything and it locks every moment. Terrible purchase.
