great product and customer service
I bought this bathtub on Nov. 28 and just got a chance to open the package yesterday. It was terrific as described. I have the contractor to install it soon. I contacted customer service with concern about the finish and I got very quick response with a satisfactory resolution.

I do not have time to write all the praises for this bathtub - In short: This bathtub is a delight! The form is beautiful - the size fits perfectly into a small space - (on our outdoor(!) porch that has a roof) - Although it is small - it feels spacious - a very nice surprise... We love to stay in it longer than we usually do...

Like others... wrong finish
I received my tub today... and like many others.. was expecting a brushed nickel finish like the product description, but received chrome. Tub looks great (in the box). I've set a note to the customer service and hoping for a quick swap for the correct finish. I will delay installation until I hear from Woodbridge.Trouble free delivery. Well packaged.Stay tuned.

Nice looking tub easy install
Excellent value and sturdy tub. So far so good. First one that arrived had a crack in it near overflow drain. Amazon replaced tub immediately. Got second one within 2 weeks and no problems with it. Only concern is that after I bought tub price dropped considerably but Amazon put $50 on my account to help. Good job amazon.

Cracks are extremely hard to see when tub is dry.
I ordered this tub before i was ready to install it, as I try to order everything in advance so im not waiting in the middle of a project. Everything looked fine right out of the box. After getting it installed about 6 weeks after ordering and testing it for leaks, a crack exposes itself that was not visible before. Even after it being drained and me knowing where the crack is, it is very hard to see. 4 weeks was the return window so now im stuck with a $800 piece of acrylic trash.

I love my new and modern tub!It is smaller that the one I use to have. But I love it. My bathroom looks bigger and stylish

Nice tub for the money
Didn't really want a two piece tub. This one looks good and was easy to install with a crawl space below using the flexible drain line.
