First off I ordered the wring cover as I did not understand what a "Ram Box was" and ordered one for that. I did not have Ram boxes but have a Ram Bar (Roll Bar). I had to send it back and the company was very good in covering my mistake. I had to pay shipping back which was fair as it was my mistake. They sent me the correct one and help look up installation help for it to fit with the Ram Bar. Just took changing some bolts out.I should mention make sure to empty the box and find ALL instructions as I installe dmine and then had to remove to install a couple braces still in the box. All in all nice product and open and closed fast which I like.

I would not buy!! I called their “Retrax Customer Service” about purchasing a canister that would fit my truck. I have the canister model number and was told it was the right one for CARBON PRO BED before buying it. I called back the next day to verify again and I was REINSURED that it would work and the canisters were newer universal for bed sizes within certain models. “With their expert knowledge” and the reason Real Truck forwarded me to their number, I bought the canister.The reason I called twice was I wanted to make sure it fits, even though the site said it did, because I was not installing it for 6 months. I had a topper on my truck and I was not taking it off until spring. Now, I try to install everything and the canister is ~1.5” longer than my bed! I called their customer service to explain the process mentioned above that I did my due diligence and even CONFIRMED with their “experts” and I get there’s nothing we can do since it’s past 30 days and purchased by someone we partner with and not directly RealTruck site. What a great answer to tell me your “guarantee expertise” listed on your RealTruck site is a lie and now I’m sitting with $1,600 paper weight. When you buy a high end product, you would think their expertise would be in par for the price but apparently they are outsourcing their expertise causing you to suffer. Additionally, their instructions for install has the wrong bolt size and it’s been out for four years. This further highlights the lack of expertise of their own product.
