The first one shipped did not have a working light inside. The company tried to help, but in the end, they said to just return it for a replacement. The replacement works great and is just the correct (small) size for my counter. Some people wrote that it is noisy, but it sounds like a regular working microwave to me. The buttons work well and the push to open button is something I am used to and I like that, also. Cleaning is easy. The glass piece fits in the dishwasher just fine and the inside is small enough for a fast clean.

Love this little microwave. It replaced a big microwave/convection that stopped working. I like the new machine much better than my old one. It’s easy to clean and has plenty of power for my needs. I mostly just use it to warm up a drink or make popcorn, was a disaster the first time I did it. Because this microwave is underpowered compared to my old microwave, I misjudged and burned the crap out of my popcorn. Smoke and everything, which is why I know it’s easy to clean.

We had a RecPro microwave for RV's, and after 2 of them went out for different reasons, we decided to try something totally different. Our other microwave was a 1.0 cu ft. This microwave is smaller, but seems to be mighty. You should know that going to a 700 Watt microwave has a few setbacks. It takes about an extra 6-9 minutes to cook rice, soup is still mildly warm after 4 minutes. This one was interesting to program the clock, be sure to follow the manual. The door lock is automatic and has to be taken off. if you don't want it on. You open the door when you press the buttons to do that. The manual explains the process. The turntable is cute. Seems to be pretty good so far. Just takes longer that's all.

Great compact microwave for small kitchen. I loved that you can turn off the auto lock, but great feature if you have kids. My main use is to reheat food if needed. Definitely serves my purpose and fits my small kitchen perfectly.

This is the perfect microwave foe me. It heats up well and it's quiet. I will inform you that is built well and is heavier than my old larger microwave. Easy to use, easy to clean and very easy to read all of the functions.

This countertop microwave has been great so far. Heats food quickly and evenly, the controls are intuitive, and the interior is spacious enough for plates and bowls I use daily. The design looks clean on my kitchen counter, and cleanup is a breeze. I especially like the preset buttons — just press and go for popcorn, reheat, or defrost. Great value for the price!

Small but doable. The child lock button should be able to be disabled. No kids in the house and dogs cant open a microwave. Annoying

Product just received today. Easy to setup by one person. Not super heavy but sturdy and powerful even heating. Easy to set clock. Simple instructions. Bell sounds a few times to alert you when food is done. Nice door handle that is unnoticeable and takes up no extra room. The unit does not move when you open the door. Rubber feet won't scratch countertop. The child lock feature can be turned off or turned on easily. Works just as well as my larger microwave except it takes up less room. Price not overwhelming. So far, I'm glad I bought this unit.

All is working like I thought it should. Its a small microwave like we wanted, but it can hold a normal large plate. The child lock broke in the first two days, but we don't need ot since the children are bigger. Overall, its a good microwave.

A piece of kitchen equipment that works great have no problems with this oven and I use it daily and no problems with it if you're looking for a good oven and air fryer

I read the negative comments, but found it so cute I went ahead and bought it. It s been 6 weeks and so far it s great!. Heats up my coffee, left overs very quickly. No trouble with burnt odors. There s a thin plastic film on the whole unit. So tight, you can hardly see it. You can open and close the door even with the film on it. But it covers the airing vents, so if you don't remove it completely, you will get a burnt plastic smell and eventually it will stop working. Just be sure to look for it and remove it.
