Fabulous Customer Service
Amazing customer service!!I will admit to being technically challenged. I hire people to set up equipment in my office.Printer arrived. When being hooked up I was told that it could not be found on the network. Contacted customer service.Next morning I arrived at the office turned on my computer and printer started printing...Contacted customer service again, they had already sent a replacement.Replacement was returned back!Again thank you for your assistance & sorry for the confusion.

Scam
The paper tray was jammed with a broken spring and couldn't be opened. Had paper in it from previous owner with reviews on the kindle and personal info. Obviously the company never went through it on "refurbishing" it or they would have found the broken paper tray.

It prints well but operates at around 100 decibels as the wheels turn. Loud! Sounds like it’s on its last leg.
