If you are getting them for the whistle I don’t recommend them. I was skeptical when other said they weren’t great and thought maybe they aren’t doing it right. Nope, they just aren’t great. But as a clip they work well in that aspect. Not to hard or to easy to release, seem very durable.

I like these little whistle Clips but they are very hard to attach a lot in bulkier than I thought they were going to be definitely not worth the price they need to drop the price

When you need a zipper pull, you want it to be sturdy. Two days later, it came apart. When you need an emergency whistle, it’s real, but not very strong. Not good for our purposes… Cub Scout hiking stick

These are OK. If they were just a little bit smaller they'd be 5 stars. The whistle is very loud and they stay on pretty well but for zipper pulls they're a bit large. If you're putting them on a backpack or similar item they're great. I have one on each of my packs and they've been fine. They also work by themselves, not attached to anything, so if you want to just throw one in your pocket they'd make a great small whistle. Either way, a whistle is a must-have for trips into the woods and are helpful in any number of scenarios so if this enables you to have one on you at all times, it's worth it, attached or not.

These are a decent addition to a lanyard or replacing a zipper pull. It's a very tight fit to lock them and I found it really only works well with 2mm line. Paracord will work with the guts removed, but still doesn't seem to be completely locked in place. They give out a decent blast. Not on the level of a Fox 40 whistle but good enough if you're within 100 of your friends.

Several years ago, Nike had a very small whistle that came as a promotional item with one of their running shoe models. Since that time, I've searched for a small whistle that would be handy and discrete. Along came the Ravenox Aerowave Cord End Whistle for Zipper Pulls. It's light, it's small, it's loud. What's not to like?

Item arrived on time and packaged well. I bought multiple ones for different jackets. Easy to attach to a cord on a jacket. Testing the sound, I was amazed this little whistle was as loud as it is. I love that it is hidden and small, but I feel safer walking/jogging alone knowing the sound is loud enough for people to notice. This won't be heard for blocks away, but it will definitely get attention on a used trail or park path! I recommend!

much larger than expected. it is a good size for a whistle and I am sure someone can find good use for these on a keychain paracord project or similar, but for what I needed, these were too large
