I absolutely adore these matches. They are small but can really be the spice to your room. I keep some on the coffee table pairing two things and the matches making it Feng Shui. (Decorating in threes for balance)!

The box is pretty but the matches smell very bad when you use them. They also don’t light very well. I love the way normal matches smell when you strike them but these smell really bad sort of like burnt plastic. Box is pretty though.

It’s interesting that ‘safety’ is mentioned so often in the product description since I almost lit my living room on fire with these. The strike on box thing only works if the box doesn’t immediately catch on fire afterwards! Lit the first match and it basically exploded, sending embers onto the FULL box of matches, and left singe marks on the outside of it. Two stars because once the match was lit it burned fine. I just won’t be using the box to light them again.

Highly recommend. Makes a nice gift too!
