Excellent book for edible flowers and recipes. Best edible flower book I've purchased.
This is the best edible flower book I've come across. I purchased three others before this one - it's the best. The most exhaustive list, best latin/genus descriptions, photographs - and recipes. The book also contains a history of cultural use and benefits of each flower. It's a great book.

very interesting wide-ranging content, just one downside for me is that the author is in Australia, and the flowers are not organized in any way by growing zone etc, such that tropical flowers are mixed in with northern ones etc, and so most of it is information I won't use.
