My new favorite “ramen”
If you want an effortless and tasty way to add some protein to your diet, this is it. Stop looking. Don’t leave this page. Buy it.Chewy, flavorful, and versatile. I haven’t been able to get past dressing these with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, green onions, a dash each of rice vinegar and ginger powder, and a small bit of brown sugar. Seriously, these are so dang good. The one small issue I have is the lack of clear cooking instructions. I live at a high elevation, so that may have had something to do with my undercooked first attempt, but after soaking in very hot water and then cooking… perfection. Here’s what I do: Boil water in the pot you are going to use to cook the noodles. Turn off and soak the strips for 10 minutes. Drain into colander, refill pot with hot water, then bring to a boil again. Add the strips and cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain and use how you would like.

Yummy tofu skin strips (noodles)!
I love these bean curd strips! This company packages well and the food is clean and delicious. I wish they were easier to purchase, but they seem out of stock often (which I hope is because people love them as much as I do). These strips can dissolve if put in a pressure cooker, so add them after the main cooking or try not cooking for too long.

NOT As Described - Different Nutrition Labels, Too Much Fat
First, I don't know why they want a star rating for the "warmth" of this product. That doesn't make sense. Secondly, I have a two-pack packaged together in another wrapper with a nutrition label on it. The nutrition label on the outside does not match the one on the inside. Either way, these are not healthy. Both labels sat they have 22g fat for 100 grams and 4 of those are saturated fats. They are definitely NOT low-carb. 100 grams has 24 g carbs, 9 of which are sugar. But the big difference in the nutrition labels is that one says that per 100g of noodles, there are 39.7 g of protein, while the inside label says there are only 9g of protein! 330 calories for 9 g of protein isn't worth it to me. Very disappointed and lost trust in this seller.
