Needed a pair of wired earbuds for my Samsung Galaxy S7 so came across these. Upon opening the package there were 2 different size lengths of wire, one normal and one 3/4 the length which for me being a tall guy (6'-2") is useless to barely even be able to carry my phone in my hand normally without having to hunch over if I want to listen to music using the shorter wire. It's a fluke if you ask me.SOUND QUALITY: inexcusably poor, sounds very tinny and no base response whatsoever even when making unnecessary phone audio adjustments. 1 side hardly works, is very low while the other side I guess over compensates for the lack of audio levels combined.CRAFTSMANSHIP: Both sets are flimsy and poorly made. Wires are loose and you can hear certain static interference when moving around.Bottom line you get what you pay for, cheap cost = cheap quality. Hope I can get a return and credit.

First pair broke after two weeks, second pair lasted a whole week longer but don't work with a phone call. A lot of companies make these and I don't expect them to last for years but lasting a few months would be nice. This is the worst of all the similar earbuds I've previously purchased. As I keep extras on hand, due to short lifespan, I didn't open these until the window for return had closed so I can only express my poor opinion of this product.

I was looking to replace my Samsung earbuds that broke recently, and bought this 2-pack thinking it was a good deal. It was not. This was an absolute waste of my money, and anyone else's. The only people who will think these are decent, are people who have never used even half decent earbuds. These are as bad as those cheap earbuds you can get from a crane game at an arcade.Go buy real Samsung earbuds. Don't waste your time and money on these. These are terrible; you've been warned.

Static and poor sound quality made both of these earphones unusable right out of the package.

I bought these headphones to use at work. The audio quality is trash, the song I played after plugging them in my phone had a lot of reverberation which isn't how headphones should work... Every movement on the connecting end caused static and even made the song pause because my phone thought it disconnected from the audio jack. These are poor quality headphones and aren't worth the money. The picture of the product lied when it showed extra tips for the ends

I have ordered the twin pack before; to let you know I am using them with a Galaxy 7. The clarity on both sets is muffled (not a phone issue), the actual cap fell off after 1 use, and I mean the cap on the earbud, and not the plastic guard: the second pair is nothing but static. I have bought these in the past; so disappointed! Will spend a couple extra bucks on a pair that lasts more than a week

While the headphone worked, it had good sound quality and was comfortable, but I only got a couple of weeks of use out of the first headset before one of the earbuds stopped working. Likely better off spending a little more on a higher quality earbud.
