This is a great yoga mat! Lightweight but very thick which helps my balance and my joints while doing yoga poses. I love the colour and it doesn't slip or move about especially when I'm doing Hot Yoga or Yoga Tone which involves sweating all over the place! Comes with a carry strap for easy transport to and from classes. The top of the mat stays quite curled for the initial first couple of uses but soon rolls out after being used a few times. I weighed the end down with yoga blocks to speed up the flattening process. Very pleased with this purchase.

When it arrived I just lied on it for a solid 10 mins because it was quite comfy.- Still hurts my tailbone when I'm doing leg raise claps or reverse crunches so I have to use a cushion for that.- When I'm doing plank jacks or things like that I can see the mat stretching a bit but it bounces back immediately. It depends on how you land your feet so you wanna be a bit careful.- Also a bit slippy on a laminate floor but it doesn't bother me since it's not so bad.Those are all the negatives I can think of, otherwise, it's everything I could ask for.

The mat was comfy and thick. I could not feel the hard floor at all underneath. Packs away nicely and easy to carry

So far I have found this Yoga mat to be much more comfortable than my existing one which is very thin. I chose the red and black (the colours are true to the picture) it looks good and is easy to carry via the strap. The mat lays flat on the ground with a slight curl on one end which causes no trouble at all. Overall an excellent purchase :)

Very echo friendly bought this because the foam yoga mat I use is always slipping/stretching or moving too much when I do workouts on, including if I try to do the plank. This has made my workouts easier to do.
