This product is so convenient and easy to use. The best part is that I can easily cut off exactly what I need so there is no waste. The plastic is thick enough and usable, especially if I use the plastic to cut veggies. I will definetly purchase this product again!

I have gone through so many cutting boards because they get knicks and cuts. I tried purchasing cutting boards mats, but they also get easily knicked and cuts. When I saw this product I thought I'd give it a try. It seems more durable that the mats, and can be used more than once. Very easy to clean. If I use it to cut chicken or meat I simply toss it. It can be cut to any size. I definitely will purchase this again.

I have been able to use the same piece for many times. Cleans easily, easier to store then standard cutting boards. If cutting meats I can wash then bleach and reuse. I actually turned a friend onto it as soon as she saw me use it. So easy to cut your cutting area to desired size without having a half dozen standard cutting boards. I will purchase this again.

I love this product! I host weekly cooking classes and it is so nice to be able to use these and choose how big or small I need the cutting board to be then just throw them away after! saves me hours of cleaning. The only issue I have is the cutter they provide on the box does not work great. I think I will continue to cut with my own knife or scissors instead of the cutter on the box because its dull and leaves the boards jagged which is a safety issue when I have kids using the boards. Otherwise they are very stable with the standard wet paper towels under and work great for something that is disposable. I will definitely buy again!!

I have several cutting boards, including a huge/expensive butcher block cutting board. This is perfect for those jobs that are quick and don’t require a large cutting board, which requires cleaning and oiling. You can cut the piece to how big or how small you need. It protects my Granite when I slice up a lemon or tomato...then I trash the small piece and move on. We like to prepare Salmon, Ahi Tuna and Chicken. These disposable “cutting” boards or sheets really help with preventing cross contamination from an unclean wooden cutting board. Salmonella can soak in to a wooden cutting board or to your countertops. This thin piece of protection is SO worth the price, to avoid giving yourself or your family food poisoning. I love these! I’ve found so many uses, lining inside of nonstick pots for storage, placing on bottom of fridge for easy cleaning etc. As far as cutting boards they’re also amazing and reusable, yes reusable since they are surprisingly strong for how thin they are, worried about bacteria? Just dip them in water with a bit of bleach, since they’re so flexible you can clean them easier this way.. I mainly got them for camping, take little space and weight almost nothing, again I reuse them, I’m still using the first one I cut. They’ve taken the sharpness of my Morakniv knives and still holding, I can cut inside my plate without dulling the knife, very important when camping or line up camping plates that might get damaged by cutting steak. Very practical for me.

I decided to try this as an alternative to the typical plastic cutting boards that I use, and have to replace 2 or 3 times a year. I debated but finally decided that I would not be adding more plastic to a landfill than the cutting boards. I really like using this product!! I use it for fruit and vegetables and use it at least a couple times a day. So it's easy for me to rinse off when I'm done and use the piece again another day. The cutter on the box works very well. I've recommended this product to friends who cook a lot like I do.

This can be cut to size. It has a textured back surface to help prevent slippage. When done cutting or chopping food, the board can be picked up and folded for pouring into bowls or pots. I don't have to worry about washing, cross contamination, or storage after use--just toss in the trash. This would be great for travel and camping.

I like the cutting method. It sticks to the surface and does not move. It doesn’t tear up. I used it for cutting meat, chicken.

A little thinner than I expected, and not quite as durable. Works well to protect knives and surface from damage when chopping, but properly sharpened knives slice right through if slicing meat, etc.
