This La Roma Tomato produces abundant crops of large (5 to 8 ounce), tasty fruit on a healthy well sized plant. It can be planted in the ground or in a container. It is one of the best “Italian-type” tomatoes, and is known for its outstanding growth and uniformity of fruits. It is the ideal tomato for pastas and sauces and is great for canning too. La Roma tomatoes are flavorful and juicy and have very few seeds, they are a great addition to any meal. When planting in the garden leave at least 24 inches between plants. This variety does not require staking or caging, but the extra support can still be considered helpful as the plant is bushy rather than tall. Water lightly to keep soil moist. When planting these and all other tomatoes, plant to a soil depth just beneath the first set of leaves. That first set of leaves (called cotyledon-which means the embryonic first leaves) will eventually fall off. You can expect a plentiful harvest in 70-80 days (from seeding). Tomato avalanche! Great plants! Good condition.
We had not ordered live plants before so this was our first experience. These plants arrived well packaged and undamaged. They are growing well and have multiple blooms on them already. Some of the plants even had tiny blooms on them when they arrived.Amazingly productive. We’ve had a tomato avalanche thanks to these fantastic plants. A lot of them have an egg plant shape and are flatter on the sides but that makes them easy to cut.Thanks for a great product!

Very Nice Looking Healthy Plants
First order accident with shipping contacted seller and very helpful and fast to solve the problem. I received very well packed shipped and extremely healthy good looking plants. Estella was very helpful and stayed right on top of things. Even called me leaving a direct number to her to call her once the new plants were received. Well packaged healthy plants
Baby plants are growing nicely so far. We’re packed and shipped well, by someone who knows how to ship fragile things. That’s legit half the battle. Kudos.

Dead
The Roma's were not packed like the super sweets i ordered. Thay are alive and well. The Roma's had no masking tape to keep the soil and plant in its container. These came dead at the bottom of the box with dirt scattered everywhere. The packaging person should pay for this one but i am ordering the Roma's one more time and if i get the same result i will personally do my best to destroy their reputation. Very pissed customer!!!!

Arrived in great shape
Cost a. It much for getting them to us but so far so good. They arrived perfect and are now planted in containers on our deck. They are growing beautiful. Stay tuned for pictures later
