pray & Forget Super Concentrated Revolutionary Roof Cleaner with Hose End Adapter - 1 Quart

I am the President of my homeowner association and we have a large wall at the entrance of our subdivision. However; there is no water outlet nearby to pressure wash the wall. We got a price for $900 for a company to come out and pressure wash it as they had a water tank. We are only 40 homes so I didn't want to assess the homeowners for the $900 so I purchased 2 gallons of Spray and Forget. I filled my 5 gallon backpack sprayer a few times and sprayed the entire wall. Within a month (after a few rain showers) the wall is as clean as it was the day we had it painted. This product removed all of the mold and mildew and I am happy that I was able to save our community a lot of money.It does take some time to work, but it also lasts for a long time. As the name says, just Spray and Forget it.It also works well on roofing. A few years ago I pressure washed my driveway and then sprayed this product on the clean driveway and sidewalk. My driveway stayed cleaner for much longer than my neighbors as they had to pressure wash theirs way before I had to do mine again.This stuff just works!!!

I've been using this product for YEARS in SWFL. Nothing works better for green and black mold on roof tiles. You MUST apply when it's dry and no rain is expected for a few days. After application prepare to wait MONTHS for total improvement. This enzyme WILL eat the black mold but it doesn't happen overnight. It also works brilliantly for pool cage enclosures, same application technique, give it time and it will turn a dingy cage into something that looks new. Again, you must be patient. This isn't chlorine and you don't get instant satisfaction like power washing. What you will get is a sparkling clean roof, pool cage, etc. It just takes time for the product to work, once it does you can go a good one to two years without retreating. This is so MUCH better than having people walking your tile roof with pressure cleaning equipment and busting tiles. Spray and forget....just remember to apply properly and be patient. Good things come to those that wait! Also, you MUST buy the super-concentrate in the quart container. You can't use the regular concentrate in the super-concentrate bottle, it doesn't give you the proper concentration.

I used this stuff. I used the kind that attaches to hose. Although I did not have a moss issue, I had dark algae streaks on my roof and over time it did def improve the appearance of my roof so I did another round of it this year. All and all for the investment I was pretty happy with my results. Like I said I've done it twice. Once last year and just now again this year. For normal black algae roof stains it did fairly well. It's not a miracle worker but does well on light to moderate issues. It does take some time and patience and maybe a follow up. . If you have severe issues may need a professional or attack it with the zinc strips for alagae discoloration. I have a light roof and its not old enough to really warrant replacement yet, but asethically the dark streaks were not inviting and this product made me much happier with it until the time I want or need to replace my roof. My roof still has some years left in it so I'd like to make it last and this product def helped. That's my opinion. I would use it as an annual or every other year regular food maintenance item. All else, it's good to keep alagae growth down as it actually breaks shingles down over time so keeping it removed seems to be a good idea to me.

I've used spray and forget for many years. I live in Florida so mold shows up everywhere. I have a concrete driveway, as do my neighbors, and many pressure wash their driveway at least once a year. Constant pressure washing breaks down the concrete. I yearly apply spray and forget on my driveway, and have not had to pressure wash it in many years. Unfortunately, the company had a concrete cleaner version of the product that they discontinued. However the roof cleaner is the same formula. The secret is to apply before the driveway mold gets too established. Be aware the product makes the mold look worst initially, but after a few days and a rain or two it will clear up. Now for roofs, pressure washing really does a asphalt roof in, so try to catch it early. Roofs are big, and this product does not cover a large area, so best to localize it at the sides that are most problematic. Mold here grows on the south side.

I have 5.5 oz weed barrier from another source and it is notably heavier per square (pick your dimension) than this product on a similar dimensional basis. So I have my concerns regarding it’s actual density which is comparably lighter.
