I did not have expectation it would work so nice based on the low price.A while ago, I bought a full set of generic color toner cartridges from another manufacturer. Despite I do not print too much in color, but mostly black, I had to replace the magenta toner, because every time I printed something, there was magenta smudges all over the print, regardless if it was a B&W or color print. I took a leap of faith, i did not have any choice, nothing to lose, because all other cartridges I had in my printer were generic and working fine, only magenta was giving me trouble. I am glad I got this one.

I changed my review....I had previous given one star and slammed this product for not working correctly a couple of days after we installed it. Lo and behold, when we removed the cartridge to return it, we realized there was a plastic strip that we hadn't removed. After it was removed, it worked fine. Sorry if I led someone to think less of it than they should have.

Loved how long the toner lasts, great money saver and love the amount of pages it prints, lasts a long time

This is my second time using this product. Though they're not super high yield, they're all right for the price. The second one didn't work well. Useless, actually. I am disabled, so I doubt I'll be able to replace it conveniently. Don't think I can trust them now. Shipping was very different from one time to the next, too.
