I wanted these headphones to use when I’m in bed so my husband can sleep. I hooked up to the optical settings and got good sound. Before I bought, I researched the product and watched tutorials and read reviews etc so pretty much knew what to expect. I am not tech savvy at 66 so was pleased to figure it out. My only potential problem is with the charging issue that some have experienced. My initial charge went as expected and the green charging light on the base went out as described in the manual. I had it on about 15 minutes while I hooked it up and returned it to the charging base. The red light on the base flashes continually which means a low battery. My question was, is it low after 15 minutes? I charged for hours and green light has not gone off. All prongs are in contact with the base so it’s in the correct charging position and the headband is fully retracted. I contacted the company and they got back to me in less than 12 hours. I’ll give it a try and see what happens today. The headphones are comfortable and sounds good with tv. My husband can’t hear any sound on his end which was the goal of the purchase. I will update if this potential problem can’t be fixed. The customer service is good so far.

I came across this product and decided to give it a try. Turned out I was amazed by the build quality and how easy they are to connect. I mostly use this for gaming and listening to music while I study. They are quite noise-canceling too I could focus more on whatever I have to do.Could be connected to TV too based on the manual but I have never tried it myself. I believe the manual should have the instructions to do that though.Planning on getting my mom one pair for this Christmas too! Definitely a high-quality product on the market at the moment. I can vouch for it!!

O..M..G i struggled so much putting this together and getting it to work (not very tech savvy). Usually my husband does all the tech stuff but he was gone and I was really excited to use them. I finally after many attempts got them to work and I absolutely love the comfort of them and that i can watch all my shows without waking up my husband or having to low volume because my kids might hear. Sound quality is really good as well. Definitely worth all my struggle!

This is my second pair of headphones from this company, they have always communicated with me when I had any types of concerns of issues and have honored their lifetime warranty. The headphones are great! Highly recommend!

THE HEADPHONES ARE EXCELLENT AND COME WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SET CONNECTION. THEY CLEARLY GET THE JOB DONE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE TO ME IS THE POWER ON/OFF SLIDE BUTTON ON THE LEFT HEADPHONE IS NOT THAT EASY TO FEEL OR FIND AT FIRST. THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER, MORE EASIER TO TOUCH INPUT BUTTON. IN ADDITION MAKE SURE YOU SWITCH THE "ATTENUATION" TO 0.00 IF YOU WANT IMMEDIATE CONNECTION OTHERWISE THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY IN RECEIVING AUDIO THRU HEADPHONES. WORKS WONDERFULLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT!!

I used the optical cable to hook it up. I had know problems what so ever. I read the directions, hooked it up and tested it.Everything worked the first time. The sound quality is great, the headset is very comfortable and no noise like my other headset that I have replaced with the new Artiste D2. I am really satisfied and pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

I really like these. They are comfortable. I wish I could find a headset that has base and treble in the headset. These have the sound up and down which is great and you can turn it off and on from the headset very easily. I find using these to be easy to use in the dark .. no need to take them off to find the switches. As with most headsets, the base is much more obvious than the treble and it just so happens that it is the treble in my ears that is going. If I could adjust the base down and the treble up a little that would be the ideal situation for me. Can't find an over-the-ears headset that has this option. DARN...These are great -

I ordered the headphones because I was missing much of TV programs I was attempting to watch. Sometimes thedialog in movies was completely inaudible. Very frustrating!These headphones claimed to remedy the very problem I was having. They were designed for us older people whose hearings was worsening as we got older.During the pandemic I found myself watching more TV than usual especially more movies. Older movies, foreignmovies and often finding myself questioning what was going one because I couldn't hear those all importantconversations.The head phones solve that problem nicely. They also cancel other noise. I have several dogs who have a habit of making noise just at the wrong time and I miss some important information. They are pretty comfortable as well.They do the job and they were hundreds less than some other headphones I considered.
