Q: How long can these be placed on whipped frosting before they desolve into the icing or start the bleed the colors?

I'm really not sure about frosting. I put mine on a dirt cake but the dirt cake never lasts long. Sorry I couldn't help

No, wafer paper dissolves when wet.

Q: Can these be bent without breaking? (Like to make a dip in the center to make it look more realistic)

Absolutely not they’re a wafer type material that is sprayed on or made to look like a flower they’re not like real flowers and they don’t look realistic

Very disappointing

Didn’t like these at all and nothing like the picture. They are flat paper flowers and not what I expected. Look like photocopied cut outs.
