I want to bring to the notice of the Managing Team, amazon.in that on 13. 09. 2019 I had ordered the item advertised in your page link:https://www.amazon.in/Jewels-Silver-Sterling-Certified-Hallmark/dp/B07TKGN3QJ/ref=pd_rhf_gw_p_img_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=TF6APXFK4B4MVZYAYX85wherein the item has been described as "Msa Jewels Pure Silver Dish Bowl Set for Gift 92.5 Sterling Silver/Purity Certified by BIS Hallmark (10 cm, 32 GM)" which by any standard meaning of the English Language signifies that the item is a "Set" (meaning containing more than one object) and "dish" and "bowl" are, by any standard, not identical, but different objects. The second and the fifth images on the link page to gain an expanded view of the object shows that there is a small bowl seated inside the dish. Also, on the same page it is clearly mentioned that the item is returnablewithin 10 days.However, on receiving the product on 14. 09. 2019 at around 04:40 PM, I found the product to comprise just one bowl with a designed rim (about 1.3 cm wide, whose diameter inclusive of the outer edge of the rim, measures 10 cm). The price on the brown paper pack covering the cellophene packed blue case has a bar code sticker under which the price of the article has been clearly written by hand as 2109/- whereas the price mentioned on your site's link page for the product (which I had to pay) is Rs. 2,600.00.Please understand that the description of the product, its offer of Return as well as the price taken are deceiving customers like me who have been trusting amazon.in wholeheartedly for the past several years.
