So the quality of the hardware is excellent. Smooth glide and very sturdy. The instructions could be better—pay attention to the pictures! All the measurements on my instructions were perfect so no complaints there. As another reviewer pointed out, the spacers between the wall and the first bar are not big enough. See the pic where the door hardware was hitting the mounting bolt. Frustrating as hell but we removed that washer behind the bolt and that little bit of extra room did the trick. Would prefer that the bar was all in one piece and not having a connector. That messes with alignment and the rollers make a sound on the tiny gap where the bars are connected.You need the floor guides! Swinging doors are not something I could get used to plus they banged each other without the guides. I used epoxy so I didn’t have to screw into my porcelain tile floors.Although the kit comes with stoppers that go on the ends of the bars there isn’t much cushion so the doors slam and will eventually loosen things up. Do yourself a favor and buy a “barn door soft close kit” for each end of each bar. No more slamming — game changer. TBH I think all barn door hardware should include the soft close mechanism. Super easy to install. Hope this helps!

When I originally ordered the frame I had told them it was for four doors they told me it was the wrong frame and suggested the right frame which Worked out great.

I bought the bypass system so I can install 4 doors and I had to burn few brain cell to make sure everything would work. The rail that attached to the wall was ok but since I had to attach 2 rails to get the length, you have to be careful not to bend the bracket.For the front bypass rail, I followed the measurement on the instruction and the front rail was lower than the wall rail, Why ?? I'm not sure. I followed the measurements and I double check everything but it does not line up but no big deal. I just adusted a little the position of the door brackets.This is not a "drill and attach" system. you need to think a LOT when you install this system when you have multiple doors.I'm still scratching my head regarding the disk that should prevent the door to come off the track. I put them on and they are not preventing anything. I installed by own blocks thicker and mine will prevent the door for coming off.I am done but it was an intense installation.

This being my first attempt installing Barn doors, they came out pretty good. Any questions that I had were promptly answered and they followed up with me during the installation process. Great customer service.

Love these! The installation was a bit tricky because the bars had to be cut. The kit we originally received had 2 bent bars which made things much more difficult. I emailed and got a response the next day. Within 3 days we had two new bars! Great customer service. We messed up on which end to cut from but that was a lack of understanding as the instructions weren’t super clear. The bolts to be attached on the backs of the doors interfere with the doors sliding so we will have to get flat bolts to go on the back but not really a big issue. The doors glide smoothly and have really improved the functionality of our home office space.

We used this product for a built in closet.

This product was delivered in a timely fashion. I was missing a part and they were excellent at sending it to me. No problem what do ever. The product is an intermediate level to install. You need 2 people however my span was 13 feet. I would recommend this.
