No mess. No chance of a fire. Great product

I took off a star because it's not very sturdy and most incense sticks will need to be burned down an inch or two before you can put the lid on. I might add a weight under the base of mine to help. It will likely dent easily. I think it's still completely worth it to contain ashes and it looks nice. The smoke comes out nicely, too! Since I live in a high fire danger area (Colorado), I feel confidant burning incense on my porch now because it's completely contained. (Nosy neighbors get cranky about so many things now days...)

It’s okay not the best

The base was not on correctly and it could t stand up straight. I chose this one because it showed slots inside to hold the sticks and what I received was not why was pictured.

I expected something more sturdy, but it wobbles and the slightest wind knocks it down. I don’t know if I trust it as an outside burner, which is what I really wanted. It’s also not tall enough, I have to trim down the incense sticks so the top doesn’t smash down onto them.
