Great General Purpose Lithium Lubricant
I use this on my guitar tuners. Many tuners can be disassembled but some cannot. I've never trusted the statement "Never needs lubricating". All mechanical things wear and lubricants help reduce both wear and friction. Smooth operation is aided by Lithium grease. Locking tuners can often be lubed by screwing out the locking screw as far as it will go. Some can be disassembled by removing the knob and slipping the shaft out. What can be assembled can usually be disassembled. Vintage types often have a small hole on the body for oil, but you cannot get grease in there without further disassembly.

I have used Lubriplate for over 49 years especially in turntables, cassette decks, reel to reel and varous electronic equiipment. It works well especially in the plates, bearings and platter of a turntable / phonograph.
