BUYER BEWARE; color is off, MOLLE strap in wrong spot. okay customer service tho.
Most important issue is that the bottom MOLLE strap on the velcro backer is in the wrong spot, needs to be an inch higher (see photo). As another reviewer said, this allows too much free play in the bottom 1/3 section of the panel since the MOLLE strap can't be properly woven through and secured. Contacted the seller to see about getting a replacement with straps in proper position and they said they don't have properly configured stock, but offered to refund me 50% of the purchase price. Considering all I have to do is 2" of sewing to put a new strap on in the right spot, I'll call this good enough, considering the low price tag. just be aware prior to purchasing, you'll have to modify it in order for it to be fully functional.camo pattern is off, like others have mentioned. it matches actual multicam/CP camo EXCEPT the colors used (especially the tans) are brighter than the real deal, so it sticks out when mounted on a true multicam/CP plate carrier. shears are small and low quality. wish they'd left those out and spent the extra dollar per unit to get the camo colors right lolOther than that, it functions decent, zippers run smooth and don't hang up, seem to be decent quality. definitely good it has a retention strap you can cinch down, cause if you wanted a fully equipped trauma IFAK it's not going to fully adhere to the ripaway velcro field around the edges/corners, you've gotta pack it pretty full and it rounds out a bit. (CAT-T, israeli bandage, triangle bandage, quick clot sponge, compressed gauze, SAM splint, nasopharangeal w/lube, tape, and Hyfin seal 2-pack. admittedly, the SAM splint could be argued to not be a necessary piece of kit for an IFAK, but considering this is going on my plate carrier for potential combat situations, a break or sprain could be just as fatal as a bleed depending on circumstances.)All in all I'm ALMOST happy with it.

Pretty good.
The pouch seems pretty well made. I did notice that the stitching on the front molle webbing was a bit off. The stitching was noticeably thicker at the top of the webbing than it was at the bottom. Also, the distance between all the webbing is off. The front webbing is too close together to attach any other molle (if you wanted to), and the back webbing doesn't allow you to weave the straps completely through. Because you have to skip a loop, the buttons on the straps come undone when you pull the kit away from the velcro attachment. I wouldn't put this on a plate carrier or a backpack if I was hiking in thick brush. However, there was no loose or frayed stitching and everything was tightly stitched. The zipper worked smoothly and the pouch folded open easily even when empty. So if you are looking for a First Aid Kit to put in the car, on a range bag or on a belt or a back pack for a trail hike, this could be it. It seems like it attaches to a headrest securely enough that I'm willing to bet it would stay attached during a significant mva. The shears are a little small but they look like they are well made and will do the job.I couldn't use this because I often need to hike unfamiliar areas and unfortunately sometimes the brush is really thick. But if I needed a kit for my car or my backpack this would do the job.

5 Stars for what it is
If you are trying to buy this for what it is, a ifak pouch that you will hopefully not need to use, then this is perfect. I put a few ouchy boo boo things in to show what it will most likely be used for. It provides easy access to a few things in both sides of the open pouches and space enough for larger pads and hand sanitizers. I would also say this pouch would be good enough for a trauma ifak kit as well. There is enough room for tourniquet and throat tubes and chest seals folded and a good slot for scalpels.Quality 7/10 I provided pictures to try and show the stitching and the lower fold out being off center. Although the material is strong the stitching was kind of all over the place and where the Velcro was stitched to the bag, I could see light at the corners. However, I feel that this bag for its low price, is worth the buy and will hold up.Materials 8/10 The materials are strong and probably waterproof but the holes left by stitching make it not.Zippers 7/10 not YKK but smooth and don't seem like they will break easily. Especially for how often you should be using the kit.Ease of use 9/10 If you bring it hunting or somewhere you feel there might be an accident, then you can set it up for quick tear away mode. It will only be held on by the Velcro which is actually pretty strong. If you don't need it for a while or are maybe worried about it grabbing on trees or brush then you can apply the buckle and it will tie the ifak into the molle system so you don't loose it. Would be great for under the seat of a car also.Hope this helped.

Poor Quality, Straps were mostly detached when received
Upon receiving the pouch, one of the straps for molle attachment was not sewn on and was just hanging from the snap. The "D" ring that should have been at the top of the strap was also missing due to what appeared to be the sewing being incomplete or missing. The other strap was still attached, but the sewing was obviously loose and subsequently pulled out the rest of the way upon further inspecting it (literally justing turning the bag over to look at the "back side" of the strap that was pulling away). These straps need to be attached firmly in order for the rip away functionality to operate as intended. Look elsewhere for a first aid pouch.

Not as good as the condor
I'm comparing this thing to the condor rip away EMT pouch and it doesn't feel anywhere near the same quality. I bought this cause I couldn't find any more of the condor rip away 3 fold pouches in multicam on amazon, and was disappointed. It just doesn't feel like it's built to the same spec as condors. It's nice that it came with some trauma shears, of course they're not gonna be high quality but they'll work.If you can't find the condor, sure I'd recommend it but if you can, get that

Great pouches
These are great bags, I bought a total of 5 of them. Made ifak's for wife and kids that they all carry in backpacks, they work great for that. I feel that they will stand up to some use and abuse, however I don't know if it's quite tough enough to deploy with or something like that.

Molle not to spec
Decent quality and decent scissors and decent price lol but;The molle isnt Spec and properly placed. Cannot be fullen woven into propper spec molle and when you rip the bag off, your snaps will come undone. The bottom of the bag wont attach and is kind of just dangling there. Still works tho.
