I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY HAND AND I USE THESE TO EXERCISE MY HAND. CAN USE WHILE WATCHING TV OR READING A BOOK, ETC. I FOUND IT HAS HELPED.

They are not too hard and very comfortable in hands. Work well for strengthening hands

Mother in law has been losing her grip since I have entered her life, and marrying her daughter. I understand that people go through these things because they have life happen to them, and she spent decades as a typist, before she ever met me. She had surgery done to alleviate Carpal Tunnel, but to no avail. So I bought her these so she could practice throttling me whenever the topic of politics comes up. I love my mother in law. She is an amazing woman and I’d like her to have an awesome quality of life to where if she needed to throw hands, that she wouldn’t be just throwing flippers.All kidding aside, when you get older and your hand strength deteriorates due to vocation, it’s a betrayal and if you can keep what strength you have, and build up some more, your quality of life becomes much better. Not having the ability to get dressed on your own, or wearing only clothes that don’t require buttons, can be soul crushing. My mother in law has given me an amazing gift of her daughter. I’d like her to be able to have hand strength that befits how amazing she is.
