These fit my Yoga 2 Pro. They weren't an exact match but will do the job. They tiny screw tops, though. You will need a specialized precision screw driver to get this in. Just be aware of that.

i installed a few lights to go on my axial wraith, wrangler and exo.. some light kits do not give you these screws to hold the led bulbs in the housings..
