Update: we were extremely disappointed and angry when we unboxed this mattress. After waiting a few hours for it to fully expand I broke out the tape measure again and, lo and behold this thing matched the measurements of a California King Size mattress when it finally fully expanded! We went out to inspect the box and there were no labels on exterior that Indicated this and nothing on the invoice. On closer inspection I noticed a set of letters in green sharpie on the base of the box that were just 4 letters "DCCK" . After seeing that, we then understood that code meant Dream Cloud Cali King. I immediately called Amazon and was offered a $100 gift card and refund but we would have to return the matress. After some back and forth with customer service and trying to make her understand that it was moved into the room vacuum packed and now that it is expanded it cannot be removed from our 5th wheel Trailer Master Bedroom without being destroyed (cut in half) and that we can't even use the room with the size of matress, she then refunded the matress in full with no return. Aside from a language barrier during this process, she was very understanding in the end. So now I'm in process of cutting a hybrid matress in half to get our room back. Again, the matress is very very heavy, sags in the middle but doesn't smell. It would be a good single person matress just not for couples with the sag. It does a really good job on any pressure points for side sleepers (me) and my wife says same but we have to sleep 3 feet apart to stay out of the bowl in the middle. . I'm 210 lbs my wife is 110 so we are not huge people updating review to 3 after Amazon fixed this and having slept on matress for a week.Original Post: This matress was the biggest waste of time and money and because is so flipping heavy and came vacuum packed, sending it back is a non-possibility. First: we ordered a queen to replace a queen in our Fifth Wheel. Our existing mattress was a True queen. this matress is 3 to 4 inches bigger in every dimension. Now we can't open closets or dryer or drawers in room. Second: Mattress sags in the middle immediately. 2 people on this will be sleeping in a bowl. Third: This is by far the heaviest mattress I've ever moved including a king tempurpedic. The ONLY positive about this entire thing is it doesn't smell. If the manufacturer does not contact me to resolve this they will be dealing with the bank and Amazon.

I expected more pain relief as advertised

This was my first time ever trying out a memory foam mattress and so far so good! Since the mattress is so thick, it really feels like sleeping on a hotel bed. Before I made this investment, I used to wake up in the middle of the night and now, with this mattress, I haven't, which is pretty great.My cat is also addicted to laying on this mattress, guess it's pet-friendly too. It was a big purchase, and there are a lot of confusing options out there, but I can recommend this one—just keep in mind the box is pretty heavy and you will need two people to bring it up more than 1 flight of stairs.

I felt completely duped after finding out I received a different version of the mattress then I anticipated. The newer version is only 6 layers vs 8, came in a cheap cardboard box instead of huge black duffle bag , and at best is 13 inches in height.All the product reviews I saw on the internet were about the original version, and Dreamcloud’s website certainly did not advertise that the design was changed significantly.I bought this mattress two months ago and I’m still bitter. I put a 3 inch memory foam topper underneath themattress, which now makes it 15 inches and I’m happier. Of course that was an extra $150 bucks but at least I didn’t have to go through the major headache of “attempting” to return it.

Do not buy mattresses from Amazon or Dreamcloud. The mattress is not comfortable and neither company back the product. Back and hip pain came back. Dreamcloud and Amazon state they have the longest warranty but because I take care of my stuff, the warranty is not applicable and because there is only limited trial period neither company backs you. Dreamcloud only guarantees comfort trial period if you buy it through them. Then they say they will work with Amazon and they don't. Totally misled. I will never buy a mattress through Amazon and definitely won't ever get a dreamcloud mattress. Both terrible customer service and not satisfying.

I love my dream cloud, I sleep like a baby. I don't toss and turn, I can fall asleep faster because I don't have pain because the mattress helps a whole lot with that. I wake up refreshed with no pain like I used to, its really hard to get out of bed because it feels wonderful. I miss my show every morning because of that very reason. I now enjoy going to bed earlier and as soon as my butt hits the bed awwww it feels good already. 🥰

Most comfortable and durable mattress I have ever owned. The only issue I had was not technically not even about the mattress itself: I would advise first-time buyers to take the instructions seriously regarding when and how to remove the plastic that was used to vacuum-seal the mattress and have at least one other person helping you position the mattress as it reflates. This will minimize the likelihood of frustration and injury.

The mattress is still a bit firmer than I’d like but it’s perfect for my fiancé. I’ve considered getting a mattress pad but still a good option.
