Direct Drive 4054V001 310 MHz 2-Button Remote for Direct Drive Garage Door Opener

It was so simple to program. Just press the learn button on the garage opener then press one of the two buttons and it is programmed! 👏🏻👏🏻

Came with directions and the battery was included. Super easy to program, worked like a charm! The Sommer garage door opener is top-notch engineering. It took less than 30 seconds to program both buttons on my two garage door openers. I only have two complaints. The first is that the remote is a little pricey compared to every other remote control on the planet. My other complaint is that the little buttons are hard for me to press when installed on the visor.I wish there were a bigger button/larger remote option for the 310 MHz openers.But still, this remote works flawlessly and I suppose that makes it worth the premium price tag.

I got this as a replacement for the same garage opener, which I lost but then found again on the road, driven over in the rain by several cars but still functioning for a few weeks after being found.

Easy to program and inconspicuous on visor, which also makes it easy to forget say if you’re using it in a rental car (I lost one this way.)Buttons are too small making them hard to press correctly, tend to use finger nail which makes them wear out quickly with use.Also, clip isn’t the best. I had to tape in place. Otherwise, great little remote.Is this too many flaws for a 4 star rating?

The remote is very compact and light. The "training" is simple if properly done. The directions are in the manual for installing the system, and easy to follow but must be done correctly. The system is the best I have found. It is rugged and virtually silent. A real example of German precision.

It's a OEM opener, so it works just fine.

I really like the Direct Drive garage door opener. It came with 2 remote openers. I keep each in both cars. I bought 2 more so I can have one for when riding my bicycle plus a spare.They are super easy to sync with the opener and are of a great size for carrying in my pocket when doing activities around the house.

The media could not be loaded.  The remote works good it’s kind of bad the buttons are exposed and have no idea what the clip is for since there’s no instructions on how the clip works there’s instructions to program overall it’s good

Works perfectly! Super easy setup. Since we have the DirectDrive garage opener already and only needed a third remote, the set up was literally pushing the learn button on the motor and then pushing the button on the remote. It was that simple. The range is good too. More than happy with the product

Batteries were worn out in 3-4 weeks.
