Not for nighttime blueblocking
Lenses are too pale yellow. Stick with UVEX Skypers and Ultra's, or the Dewalt red glasses.

nor would I recommend them, just based on my experience
The first thing I noticed was the left temple was extremely hard to open / close compared to that of the right one. Then when I put them on I immediately had a focus issue. I had serious issues focusing on the TV, across the room. I then tried them using my Computer up close with the same focus issue. I almost immediately developed a headache. I then held them up and away and I could visibly see that there was something wrong with the lenses. This maybe a one off issue, but I returned them and would not buy again, nor would I recommend them, just based on my experience. They just appear to be very cheaply made.

As advertised
I got these March 21, 2016 and I've worn them every evening watching TV and using my iPad and have had no problems falling asleep at night. The recommendation to not watch TV or use electronics 2 hours before bedtime just isn't realistic for me. These must be doing something. I wear my reading glasses underneath them if necessary. I usually make sure I have them on at least two hours before I plan to go to bed.

Waste of money
Waste of money. Glasses have a foggy film on them all the time. Lens appear constantly dirty, and I don't see any appreciative difference when I use them!
