Sturdy but wants to slip
The only problem that I had was thatit is the same size as the jack lift. Since it os metal it has a tendency to shift while jacking. Put a small piece of rubber between the jack and pod and that cured the slippage.

Works well, it's exactly what it says it is
It's just a small piece of aluminum for ~$10, which seems appropriate. I liked that I could order one instead of 4 because I only have a floor jack, not a lift. It fits in easy and comes out easy. Doesn't fit snugly if that is what you are looking for, definitely doesn't stay in if you drive with them as I sadly learned.
