This is a great pre workout. It mixes very easy, the flavor is just right, not overpowering and not to light. For me it kicks in about 20 min after consuming. There is a noticeable difference when I take it compared to when I forget to pack it in my gym bag. I have also noticed the more hydrated I am prior to using this, the better the results.

Non stim but I stack it with a 200mg caffeine pill. Great pumps and love the no crash or jitters. Best product and on auto buyfor me.Edit: what happened to the Au Naturale? The orange flavor is bitter and unpleasant, bring back the unflavored station, please!

I'm almost finished with my first container of this pre-workout. The flavor is good, it mixes well as long as you measure the water with the shaker cup. I can feel the difference working out.My one and only complaint is the damn tub it's in. It's tall and skinny. The hole opening in the top is too small. I can't fit my hand in our even the majority of my fingers to scoop out the powder. The scooper has a really short handle too which doesn't make it any easier .

This is an excellent pre-workout. The flavors of both the Fruit Punch and Au Natural are quite good, actually some of the better pre's I've had. The flavors are not abrasive or overpowering and the formula gives a good pump. Really enjoying these!

Great tasting but didn't make me feel any special pump.

I like stim-free pre-work powders and have tried a number of the top contenders. This one is absolutely the best one for the price. The only one better is the Steel brand Pumped AF, but it’s double the price. I get crazy energy and pumps with Anabolic Warfare. No negative side effects of any kind.

I switched from Allmax H Vol only because it was discontinued. Pump N Grow is effective for me and, I have noticed increased vascularity within a week of using the Product. That's not something I was going for but it tells me my nitrogen levels have been boosted which is my goal. I mix this with BCAA's from JYM and creatine, it's my perfect pre workout drink. I will be reordering this one for sure, my supplements and diet are tightly controlled and I can say with certainty this product has contributed to better training sessions.
