Phone looked nice, was very easy to use and it did everything i wanted in a mobile phone. The price was excellent, a real bargain.

This is just what I wanted, easy to use and not too large. Very pleased with the product.

screen is clear, not cluttered and easy to read. I have found this easier to use than my old phone that cost about three times more. The only thing I have to criticize is that the screen keyboard is i little small for my large fingers

I had great experience with both Alcatel & Android in the past. So I was SHOCKED to find... After I first opened the phone, set a password, went into Apps to disable all the unwelcome GOOGLE rubbish that I DON'T WANT running in the background doing I-don't-know-what, eating up all my data... I found that this phone is BOOBY-TRAPPED: The screen went dark after a short preset interval. When I tried to get back in, I found that with GOOGLE PLAY DISABLED, it WON'T EVEN OPEN A KEYBOARD to enter anything whatever: INCLUDING your PASSWORD to get into your own phone!!How incredibly ridiculous is that? What function does it serve? Clearly we've all enough experience with phones to know that there is no functional reason for this. No phone NEEDS Google to help it display a keyboard.It's positively sinister. I'm shocked that phone manufacturers & Android would cooperate. What can this be about?Needless to say, the phone is now rubbish to me, & to anyone else. Unless some genius at the factory can ever get back into it again. They're welcome to it, as far as I'm concerned.If this is the future of mobile phones, I want nothing to do with it.

Never worked properly sound was not loud enough both in hand or Bluetooth. Listed many issues including unable to use the phone could not set up contacts lists or favourites, sound was inaudible and requested a refund. Pictures sent to confirm the pristine condition. Not fit for purpose and Amazon agreed a refund based upon the Photgraphs sent confirming the condition as pristine.This was purchased as stated from an Alacatel agent but the phone was a Tesco make which does not seem correct to me!Today the seller is disputing the condtion in such poor english it is obviously a scam situation from overseas.Not a happy bunny and hope this deters anyone from ordering from this seller in the future.Avoid this seller unless you want unjustified hassle over returns.Hemes delieverd the box intact but damage is ideally placed bottom left in my opinion deliberatly as it is vindictice damage not accidental. BTW it was fitted with a shatterproof screen saver to avoid damage

This is a reasonably priced phone. As a back up it's excellent and has all the basic requirements.
