I love Indian food, sampled countless curries, and have never come across a deeply authentic tasting curry powder like this before. It comes together on the palette with a warm, aromatic flavor profile that is both compelling and so comforting, like out of a home kitchen. I was thrilled with its fabulous pop of asafoetida, a spice I absolutely adore and that so many curry powders, at least in the American market, seem to avoid like the plague because of its funky, umami taste that supposedly is an acquired taste. The rare and wonderful taste of this curry powder isn't the only draw, it also makes me feel great. I was delighted to feel a sense of calm and also strength throughout my system after I first sampled it. My eyesight was sharper and clearer, my concentration better, and my overall sense of well being was heightened. Great stuff!

Top quality ingredients

I first backed this product as a Kickstarter back in 2020, and I've been buying it ever since. Mostly from the direct store, but I'm so happy to see this product on Amazon! I'm also excited to see this product in the bag and not just the little tins anymore. I used the last of my tins last night. This is, hands down, my favorite curry mix. I've tried many, but they never scratch all of the itches that this mix hits. A little bit goes a long way, and I found that typically the smaller tins made 3-4 meals. Honestly, I never measure I just season to taste and have a sense of about how much to add at this point. I agree with the headline that it is better than restaurants!

Wow! Wow! Wow! OK so you should know I can't cook, well I couldn't cook anything I actually wanted to eat until I started using spice! Now I can make some really awesome tasting stuff! This makes Indian cooking easy! And it tastes amazing! Perfectly spiced! I will say in the recipe book it says that the recipe takes 10 minutes, but it takes me an hour--that could just be me, but I'd plan for some extra time. Well worth it! Just buy it! Yummmmm!

All I can say is Yum! This Garam Masala is amazing!

Aroma of this mix is lot like Kitchen King masala which I use often. Smells delicious, little expensive for small amount. Good product.
