These are great now that we are used to how to work with them for my mothers pain and swelling. I suggest you freeze them in the deep freeze for about 1-2 hours, take them out about 20-30 mins before you want to use them and let them start to ''warm up'' this takes away the burning freezing temperature and allows you to put them on and wear them - only when sat down as these are not for walking about in as they are jelly based - my mother also uses them on her hands turned round so the foot part goes over her wrists which are also swelling and painful. Tip don't leave them permanently in the deep freezer it takes ages to de frost far enough for comfortable usage. On the whole well worth the effort for the comfort they provide. Highly recommended.

These are better than the socks for me anyway. They get nice and cold and that helps my diabetic neuropathic pain a lot. They are quite loose though, but that doesn't matter too much. The socks were a bit too tight, this is why I chose the slippers. I can easily slip my feet in and get quick pain relief! They are very comfortable to wear. I would recommend them for neuropathic pain and intend buying some more later.

OMG! these are amazing. I suffer with hot feet and sleeping is a nightmare but used them last night and drifted off instantly. What a relief, finally. When I first see them i wasn't very impressed as they are very big but i would imagine they are not meant to be walked in (would fall off) they stay cold for about 20 minutes but this was enough time for me to fall asleep. I looked at the sock type also but for me these are suited best as having a sock on all night would defeat the object the fall off.For ref I'm a size 6, and i have only used them from the fridge so far.

Brilliant product, helped with swelling feet on holiday. I personally put them in zipper bags in the freezer for hygiene.

Put in freezer and wear them after your feet hurt from a long shift standing all day works wonders!Also good for warming up your feet as I have terrible circulation from a previous operation. Not the comfiest though

My feet are very painful and feel like they’re on fire. I think I’ve got plantar fasciitis, I’m waiting to see a podiatrist. I’m getting hardly any sleep due to the pain.These are such a life saver. Pop them in the freezer, let them defrost a bit and such a relief, they really help with the hotness, hurting and pain, alongside other things. Totally recommend.

…..yes if I could give 5 PLUS stars I would - having suffered from hot painful feet for many years, these are one of my lifetime best buys!I remember in my 20’s coming home after dancing the night away in high heels - wish I’d had these then.Nowadays after a long day at work and being on my feet doing jobs around the house my feet get tired and burn, no more need to run my feet under the cold bath tap. I simply get these slippers out the freezer, leave them about 15 minutes to defrost a little bit and pop them on- heaven! I don’t think you can walk in these they may burst but I use them when I get in bed or when resting on the sofa watching TV . If they are a little too cold I slip my feet in and out until they are more comfortable. If you freeze them flat then they stay in shape. We are having a heatwave just now so in bed, once my feet have cooled, I pop my hands in the slippers up to my wrist and cool my hands too!I’ve just ordered a pair for my hubby as he has Morton’s neuroma and he thinks they are great I’m a size 3 shoe and he is a size 11 and these slippers covers most sizes I guess.Yesterday I ordered another pair having told my neighbour about them (during this current heatwave), she has arthritis in her feet and can’t wait for them to arrive!Easy to wash, ready to wear again - I pop them in a zip lock bag in the freezer.Best Buy ever !
