Lacked connectivity. Had to constantly reposition remote so that it could change to the desired channel or option on our smart TV.

Our new puppy ate the original remote that came with our TV and I did NOT want to have to get one of those stupid programmable universal remotes. I ordered this product from amazon and it took about 7 days to arrive. I installed the batteries from the one the dog ate and it worked perfectly! Then the dog ate it 2 days later and I was able to go to my order history and hot the "buy again" button. Same service and same quality product.
