Amazing gift
I bought it as a birthday gift for my great nephew who is a huge Darth Maul fan. He was so excited. The fact that it comes apart to become two regular lightsabers is also great. It allows for him to play with his sister or uncle. Thank you.

Worked great for Halloween
My son was excited to see that it came with both sides of the lightsaber so he could use them together or separately. Totally made his costume!

Met my expectations
This here (light sword) is everything I thought it would be. No it's not as sturdy as official lightsabers, the handle is plastic, and the tubes/blades are just tubes with LED lights in them. I have dropped these at least three times on the ground and it's still not broken. I bought this because I wanted a cheap alternative to a Darth Maul fx lightsaber prop; and that's all this is, a prop. People say that it's hard to put together and then it brakes when taking it apart. There are small arrows on the bottom where each connect, match it up and it slides right in. Now I wouldn't go swinging this at your little brother because then it will break. But you can slowly swing it around and spin it, but be sure you hold them together. If you don't hold them or keep them connected, it will slide off, but it doesn't fall off that easily. It takes a little bit of force (No pun intended). And the biggest complaint is the sound, it will get annoying, but a simple trick to minimize the noise level is to put a couple of layers of packing tape over the speakers (located at the top) and it will be suppressed to a certain degree. And the Saber is quite bright, perfect for costume wear. My only complaint is the lenght of the blades. Its decent, but could be slightly longer. Looks can be deceiving
It looked good on the website and on the picture. When it first came in it wasn’t very sturdy and it was very lite and it felt like it was gonna fall apart and when it was used the time, the first hit broke the light. Also the sound effects were odd when you were just holding it would make sound effects like it was being used for playing. Don’t get this if you expect to play with it.

Lightsabers are cool
You can never go wrong with a lightsaber but a dual lightsaber is just super sick now I don't recommend actually fighting with these lightsabers because when I did they broke pretty fast so yeah...

we bought it for a Halloween costume and it does the job just fine. It is loud
This item is under 10 bucks, not sure what people are expecting! I don't suggest buying this if you are looking for a life time toy, we bought it for a Halloween costume and it does the job just fine. It is loud, but I'm not expecting this thing to last more than a few months with the way a 4 year old plays. Overall, it will do the job and the 4 year old is happy, visible at night and definitely audible!

Cheaper quality than expected.
I was excited that it came as two detachable sabers but it could be used as one single too. They were just lightly played around 3 or 4 times, then they broke when they were together. One slight bump broke the connecting piece. Individually they still work for now, but I am not too impressed with the quality. The handle feels like it will snap if pushed hard enough with an adult hand. It makes a cracking sound and the battery compartment can bulge or sink in when using. I am surprised they are still able to use independently, but I’m sure it won’t be for much longer if they are to actually be played with.If it was just for a decorative assessors for a costume, it would be fine. But I suggest looking at different brands if you want to be able to play with them a bit.
