Nice rings!

I absolutely love, love, LOVE these rings!!! Use them everyday I workout, even take them to the park & hang them on monkey bars, a basketball hoop, or even a tree... They’ve def taken my workouts to another level & I couldn’t b happier with them.. & a bonus, my nephews love to swing & hang on them everytime they come over as well lol.. just to add a lil suttin extra- sure these don’t hav the measurement “markers” on the straps, but I havnt found it to b a problem whatsoever, they’re extremely easy to adjust to different lengths, I jus always keep a level nearby so I can make sure they’re even whenever I adjust them 👍Anyways, hope this is helpful... & Thank You AUPCON for making such an amazing & affordable product!!!

The wooden rings feel of good quality, and the larger diameter handhold size is more comfortable to use in my opinion (I got the 1.25"). I prefer wood to the molded plastic ones. I've been using them mostly for dips and L-sits, and pullups and rows. They arrived smooth and well sanded. I was concerned whether or not the straps would be sturdy enough or slip, but they are so far locking in tightly with zero slipping and the straps are wide (1.5") and feel durable, and plenty long. The spring locking mechanism is easy to use, and the strap just goes through one time, not like a belt buckle. Hopefully the metal doesn't fatigue with use, we shall see. So far I'm happy with them.

I really like these rings as they are regulation Olympic sized, and make out of wood. I knocked a couple stars off though because they really need a better finish on the wood. The wood delaminated and fell into a bunch of pieces 5 months after I put them up. I kept them outside, so it seems pretty clear the rain destroyed these. It looks like the glue used in manufacturing is not waterproof, and there is no finish to protect the wood from the elements either. I'm sure these would last quite some time if kept indoors, but they're pretty worthless if keeping the rings outside.

Being a complete newbie to the calisthenics world I don’t have anything to compare these to, but they seem of high quality for a great price. They’re super easy to install and easy to move and adjust. My only complaints are, lines on the straps would be nice and I will probably add them myself to make my adjustments quicker and there are a few rough spots on the rings, nothing that a little fine-grit sandpaper can’t cure quite quickly. But they’re super strong, straps are night and thick and wide and I feel totally secure on it, and I’m about 180 pounds.

Great quality rings! The wood rings are the way to go. The straps are fully adjustable and of good quality too.

Very pleased with this purchase. I am not able to hang them from the ceiling,but use a dip stand instead—almost like TRX. Would recommend these to anyone.

really good strap and ratchet quality and the rings were good i just coated in linseed oil beeswax mix to get better grip and make the rings last longer outside
