It was the perfect size for large guage extension chord cable I was attempting to tuck into a railing. Worked great! Although I'm not sure when I'll use the teeny clips but I suppose I'll keep them just in case.

I was hoping to use them for 1/2" water tubing for a drip irrigation project for my front porch. I wanted clear or white(to match the painted white trim on my porch). I felt the nails should have been longer (whether mounting rope or flexible water tubing.) And because I was using outside I wish I could have paid a premium for stainless nails. I gave 4 stars to be consistent with previous two reviews I read and because I did not use for designed purpose.

Maybe my exstention cord was too heavy as the clips opened and would not hold the cord. One star for different sizes.

These clips work well in certain settings and not so well in others. For example, securing the cable to stucco will not work with these clips, maybe longer nails would help with that but for sheetrock and wood they will work just fine.

This is a very combination of clips for different sizes of wires. I was looking for 12mm clip in order to fix my 12AWG extension cable on the wall, and this is the best option on Amazon.
