Tommy Hilfiger Men's Bowman Boat Shoe

I bought these shoes for a trip to Jamaica & since them I've put them in the lineup for my normal rotation of shoes to wear.These shoes are awesome!They've been on a 2.5 mile walk with me, through a squall in Jamaica, through a snowstorm in Colorado, and through some mud and mucky water throughout. They still look good, leather is holding its shape and holding up well, they wipe off easily and are incredibly comfortable. If nothing else, get them for your daily drivers.The Positives:- Comfortable- Hold up well- Look good after being beat upThe (1) Negative:- leather laces could have been a little better quality - it is the only sign of wear on the shoeRating/Price suggestion: 5 stars, buy now(note: these shoes fluctuate in price quite a bit, watch for when they are in the $20's & $30's

Doesn't fall apart instantly like my actual sperrys did. Costs less too. I got these to replace my aging Island Surf classic leather boat shoes of essentially the same design. They too are a very excellent Sperry alternative. Here's my boat shoes history:Got Island Surfs in summer of 2011 with a pair of non boat shoes sperrys which lasted less than a year.Replaced my Island Surfs with classic design Sperrys mid winter-ish late 2013Sperry were beat up after a year maybe while being worn on and off with the old Island Surfs.Retired those Sperrys and solely used the 2011 Island Surfs which were in better shape until summer 2016 when the sole of one of the shoes finally came off.Got a pair of Hilfigers and they've been doing just fine. At this point, the soles (the inside, not the rubber bottom) of the Sperrys were peeling up and cracking.

Just received these today. They fit a 1/2 size big in length, but not in width. If your foot is wide, these might not be comfortable. They are a nice looking shoe, but not as much arch support as my Sperry's, so I'll have to use an insert. I don't know how well they will wear, but look like they should last as well as any other leather shoe.

There are the best value boat shoes on Amazon. They have the look, fit and comfort of Sperry's at half the price. I have two pairs, the tan and the brown, and have gotten a number of compliments on them. These are by far the best boat shoes I have ever owned and I hope they stay in stock so I won't ever have to search for another pair. You will not be disappointed. The 10.5 fit perfectly and they are holding up perfectly fine with every-weekend use.

Beautiful shoes, fit perfectly. The laces will have to be tucked in or cut and glued in order to look exactly like the picture. Some people like to tie them like shoelaces; I decided to tuck them in, which slightly changes the appearance of the shoe when you look down at your feet, but does not change the fit. Not a big deal, I am enjoying them and they slip on and off with no tying, and look great with tons of clothes. Amazon has special socks you can buy that are totally hidden when wearing this shoe, and will help with sweat. Good quality, good choice.

Thought these would be a decent alternative to overpriced and more cheaply made Topsiders. The sole at the toes began separating early on, at less than a year, even though the rest of the shoe doesn't look old yet, even after 3 years. I've used shoe goo twice to glue them, will try another adhesive. Since these show discontinued, guess I'll have to bite the bullet and go back to Topsiders.

Honestly, I was really disappointed this time around. Bought a pair of these years ago and they lasted a long long time and held up great and threw them out just this year because they Wear very worn after so many years of wearing them all the time. Even bought a pair for my dad a couple years ago.. Originally went Hilfiger because the style was there but a fraction of the price of Sperry's. Well, something definitely changed because I recently bought the same exact pair in May; noticed the top stitch was ripping out after a few wears... Exchanged for a new pair... Same exact thing happened, the stitch was tearing out of the leather. I was as careful as I could to not put strain on the area.. The top stick by the tongue of the shoe rips out of the leather. RETURNED FOR A REGUND bought a pair of Sperry's that are 6$ more expensive then was these are currently listed at.

What I really like most was the color and the feeling of the shoes. I am a size eleven in casual shoes and these felt great. The texture was also splendid. However there are light scratches on the shoes or light spots . This takes away the attractiveness of the shoes to some extent.
