I Love This Stuff!
I love hot foods like sauces, peppers, etc., and this Charcoal Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce is my new favorite! I first had it on a burger I got from a local craft burger place. I enjoyed it so much that I had to buy a bottle of this hot sauce right away, and I was not disappointed. It has a nice heat to it, but not so much that you can't enjoy it. And the taste is just amazing and so unique. Just like the craft burger, I made my own burger with bacon jam, caramelized onions, blue cheese, and this hot sauce, and I'm in Heaven! Just one real complaint - I wish they would put a dropper on the bottle to make it easier to control the pour. I'm trying to make this bottle last as long as possible!

Just not a "go to" hot sauce in my collection. Anxious to try other sauces from QM though.
The taste is okay with the plums and spice level is on point (not much sign of the charcoal and colour is not that dark), but for whatever reason I don't find myself going towards this sauce or particularly fond of it overall. For $20 or whatever I paid, it's very expensive. I would like to try other Queen Majesty sauces though and particularly the Scotch Bonnet & Ginger... but this one is not for me.

Bought this because I like Queen Majesty sauces- this looked interesting. I found this to have quite a strong vinegar taste which I don’t like in hot sauces personally, but it still had a decent flavour. Also found it to be quite hot with the ghost peppers. This was way too expensive for the bottle. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.
