Q: Does this come in a single, 10 lb. chunk?

Most of the times we ship one single piece of 10Lbs, but occasionally we send 3 pieces of over 3 Lbs.

Q: What is the best way to store this until Christmas?? it's a gift..

Cheese bags is what I use, cheese paper is available. Then refrigerate, but Never freeze it. The cheese should store for at least 6-8 months.

Q: I want to make sure this is imported from Italy? Please advise.

Yes, it definitely is imported from Italy. You can taste it. Cut it in wedges & wrap w/ Saran Wrap. Keep in refrigerator, not in freezer it gets crumbly. Use it for cooking or snacking. Only regret it doesn’t last as long as I would like. This is second time I have bought this cheese.

Q: I was little disappointed that it's not a single chunk of cheese but 10 separate ones. Where would you recommend storing these?

Mine was one big chunk. I cube up in sizes that fit my food processor, place in a ziplock and store in garage fridge. 5 months later, still delicious!
