I heard a radio cook recommend this brand. I have used other brands of smoked paprika, but was unaware that anybody made a hot version. Great stuff. As far as the hotness, I would rate it about a 3 out of 10.

This is so much better than the supermarket off the shelf brands. It gives my cooking a better pop !

Was using other brand, not so hot. This one is hotter which I like. I put it in many dishes, stews, rice, rubs. It is very good, adds great taste and color to any dish. Why pay a lot of money for saffron?

Husband wanted some hot Paprika...not sweet. This fit the bill! Will definately order again!!

I love smokey foods with an interesting twist...enter Paprika with some heat. Great all around "funky" spice to add to eggs, veggies and of course MEATS! Killer flavor...although now I've got to order the sweet style to balance out for my "sissy" friends!

I purchased this Paprika as part of my "fully authentic Paella" project recently. It went in the Paella right along with the rabbit, chicken and snails. The results were pretty sensational. I've tried this paprika in many other dishes since then, including a Sunny Anderson Mac-N-Cheese. Everywhere it goes, this paprika clearly outclasses it's rivals. This paprika has some real punch.I have a big kilogram jar of inferior paprika from an small mom & pop shop around the corner. I don't know what I am going to do with that stuff now. It is flavorless and lifeless compared to the real thing. Don't waste your life with the inferior stuff. Buy this instead.
