I am very particular about ginger. I enjoy a powerful ginger flavor with no sugar/sweetness and this extract is the only one I’ve found that delivers. I mostly use this for adding a kick to a cup of ginger tea but have also used it in cooking/grilling (especially good when combined with lemon and used on grilled sea bass). I’m sure it would be a divine addition to a Dark & Stormy but have yet to try. Fresh tasting with no fake/artificial qualities. Highly recommend, especially for those looking for a straight shot of potent ginger zippyness.
