I have terrible hormonal acne. I'm 32 years old and I've never had acne until now. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on birth control, special washes and magical creams that all claimed to clear up my face and all of them had zero effect on my skin.One night while doing some research I stumbled across a video by organic olivia on YouTube and she mentioned this stuff and the benefits of taking it to fight acne. I figured I'd give it a shot and man oh man am I glad I did! I have never seen results like this, or this quickly. I'm over the moon excited and will continue to purchase this amazing supplement!! I take two in the morning before I eat breakfast and two at night before I go to sleep. I know that's not the "recommended dose" but I'm a desperate woman with angry skin!I'm really kind of shocked at how many ppl are saying the pill was huge and hard to swallow. I don't think they're abnormally or unusually large but maybe I'm just used to vitamins?If you have similar hormonal acne issues, I feel your pain and understand your struggle and I really hope this stuff will help you as much as it's helped me!

whoa whoa whoa - i love Lysine. i take one every morning. i started a lysine and vitamin C regime to improve my skin from the inside out. i'm 30 years old and have some broken capillaries, very small and minor but noticeable, that drive me absolutely mad....i am almost to the point where i am wanting to have them removed by laser - but i can't bring myself to save up for it.it's been 9 weeks since i started lysine. one a day...and the capillaries have improved significantly. they truly are dulling down - still there, but considerably lighter. i am thrilled. they were not dramatic by any means...but they bother me a lot. this has made me happy. and am no longer going mad staring at them in the mirror....i can live with the improvement i have gotten. and hope that it continues.also, i do not have acne prone skin. but i do break out from time to time like we all do. i don't believe i've had a single acne blemish since starting lysine. and my razor burn from shaving has also dramtically been reduced.lysine has made a difference for me. and it's only been 8 weeks.

My stomach can be kind of sensitive when it comes to supplements, but after reading a lot of reviews on different brands I'm happy I chose this one. I got it for the anti-anxiety properties my research says it has, and when I pair it with my L-Arginine I noticed a difference right away! And it doesn't upset my stomach, which is a major bonus.

This has honest to goodness completely cleared up my hormonal acne breakouts on my chin. I read it would do just that and I bought it once again hoping I would find something to help with my acne. To clear up acne on the rest of the face try a Burdock Root tincture also found on amazon. These two things have helped me more than anything else and together are around $20.

I use Lysine to treat and prevent fever blisters/cold sores. NOW is a brand that I rely on for quality and value, IMHO with the reading I have done I find them to be good quality supplements at a price that is reasonable.I take 2 of these a day when I feel a colds ore coming on, and usually (3/4 times) the cold sore does not develop. Anything that works like that for pesky cold sores deserves 5 stars in my book.

This supplement is great for avoiding cold sores!!I take one every day especially when I feel a cold coming on and I haven't gotten a cold sore since I've started!!I am sure they will still re-appear here and there but reducing the frequency using this supplement has been a huge help!! Cold sores are supper annoying so anything that helps reduce their frequency is much appreciatedThe pills are easy to swallow (though i will say they are a bit large).Also, the price is great
