Alternative to PoE
I recommend this option over PoE injectors. If you already have a PoE system that is one thing, but if this is the only device that needs it, like with my setup, I found this a much more reliable option.

Power cable for Cisco 8851 phone
This is exactly what my phone needed; for whatever reason, not enough power at the jack so the phone needed it's own power supply. This was exactly what was needed.

Incorrect description for the adapter.
It does not fit the Cisco IP 7945. Thanks for wasting my time.
