Very Good Buy
This is a quality bayonet. There are no machining flaws of any kind, it came sharp, and with a heavy duty sheath that holds the blade snugly. Shipping was very fast (came 3 days early via USPS). A few seconds of looking at the mechanism and it was snapped into the lug on my shotgun and held fast via the M9 interface. This bayonet attaches to any standard M9 lug (in my case, a Mossberg 590A1) and makes for a sturdy and intimidating attachment. Have not tried the wire cutting feature yet, but the fit on the cutter is top-notch. As a long time "recreational knife purchaser" this is about the most quality knife for the dollar I have ever laid hands on, the pictures here simply do not do it justice. You will not regret having this knife in your collection. If you are still looking and thinking, just do it!

Great Bayonet great Fits well.
I bought this for my Sig M400 AR style rifle. And it fits well. I have read the reviews that state it is not very sharp and I tend to agree to a certain extent. After all it is a bayonet not a knife. Let me explain my thoughts. 1st. To me a bayonet is made to be installed on the end on a rifle and thrust or stabbed in to whatever you are thrusting it in to. This will do that just fine. 2nd it is sharp not shaving sharp but still would cut you. The heft is pretty good and it reminds me of my old Buck master survival knife as far as the saw back and the construction of the sheath with a built in sharpening stone. Now the quality is fantastic for the price. I do realize it is made in China. I would rather have it made here in the good Ol' US of A. It dose not compare with my Tops or Randall knifes or Benchmade. But for the cost of a Bayonet and what it is intended for and Lets face it is just a fun "TOY" to add to our AR. platform rifles I do not anticipate me actually using for the true intent of a bayonet very soon. I have over a hundred fixed blade knives and 300 folders from all different manufactures. And I can say I truly love this bayonet. I am very glad I ordered one and some day will buy another. If you are looking for a BASYONET not a fighting/survival knife I would say check this one out. The next bayonet I buy will be a Olympic. But I do recommend this Check it out you may like it also.

I WOULD buy it again
I like the knife pretty well although the construction of the handle end of the blade could have had a bit better design internally. The handle is made up of a pretty sturdy steel rod that I'm guessing is threaded onto the the end of the blade because the rod has flat spots for a wrench (i can't seem to get it to budge) the plastic handle is no joke, it's a very hard and dense plastic so it is strong while at the same time, lightweight. anyway the handle slips securely over the steel rod and a 1/4" over the blade and butts up to the guard snugly. the pommel (the thing that also clips on to the bayonet mount) is pretty dang sturdy, the spring loaded clips are made out of steel and have virtually no wiggle room. All of this is held together with a generously sized allen head bolt that threads into the steel rod. It may need some tightening right out of the box, i had to so i may put some red lock tight on it just to be safe. but i do that on everything i order online just to be extra sure it will hold. would've rated 5 stars if not for the complex design, with that said I am still very confident with it's construction. definitely would recommend 5X over

Please read
Everything is very cheap. Same as the $30 knife. Paying for the name. Please buy the real thing.

Seems well made!
Sturdy and well made. Grip is thick plastic as is tradition with the M9 but all contact points are metal. Blade is sharp, sheath is sturdy. My only complaint is that the pocket on the sheath doesn't come with a wetstone.

Good knife for the money.
I bought this knife through Amazon and it shipped free, and fast. I think this knife & sheath are a good value at $50.00. I'm happy with the quality materials and the fit and finish. I only have two small gripes. First, the handle is just ever so slightly smaller in diameter than would be ideal for my hands (if you have smaller hands probably isn't an issue). And, like some other reviews have pointed out, its not what I'd call razor sharp. Overall though its a good value at $50.00 and in that context I'd rate the knife 4.5 stars of out 5.
