GENKI Vibration Power Plate Platform Whole Body Massage Slim Exercise Fitness Machine

For the price I think this will do a good job for home use. Purchased this after trying a similar one in my chiropractors office. It works well and has many speeds. Don't start out on too high of a setting or go too long at first, work your way up as you get used to it.The platform also has foot massage to help blood circulation of my leg. Sometimes I will sit on the board to help blood circulation for my hip.I think the beeping of control could help us recognizing the option was made, and the led lights of both sides are shining with the music, it so dynamic!The machine is heavy, so I think it is safe to do exercise on it. And it could be moved with the roller at one side, but I wouldn't store it away and then take it out every time or I'd never use it! Great Purchase!

I follow the exercise as on a chart provided.Very pleased with this purchase.It has relieved my backache. It also comes with a non slip padded rubber mat so feet are not on the studded top, so shoes are not necessary, plus a black velvety cover when not in use.Overall, a very helpful aid in my ‘good health’ regime.

I'm relatively fit I exercise daily but let myself relax over Xmas so not as tonedI love it. I follow a simple exercise routine squats , crunches a few push ups and a general Whole body show down lolBut I feel better for it. I still doOther exercise and you still need to eat healthily but it sure does get the muscles going quicker.

only had this item 2 days, bit early to really comment on its effectiveness.. bit heavier and bulkier than i thought it would be but this should be ok..

After 2 years my machine are broken, I tried to found contact with the seller because of repair but I can't , no any details to ask .

This is the first vibration plate I have ever used so cannot compare with other items. However, after having used it several times already I find it easy to use and effective. Just the fact that it is there, and knowing from research that there is indeed a truth about the vibrations optimising the exercise encourages me to use it. It takes 15 minutes -- a minimum effort that is easy to make. The reason why I choose this is that it generates 50 or more vibrations per minute which seems to be the threshold where/ beyond which there is really a benefit. I feel muscle groups being slightly sore after 15 minutes of moderate effort -- which is a sign it is working. Legs and buttocks seem to benefit most in my case.I find the pre-set programmes very useful because they help with keeping time, but the pre-set frequency of vibrations is on the weak side -- except for P5. Whereas using the manual setting you can set the frequency of vibrations at the level you want, the timekeeping becomes a hassle, considering that the recommendation is to change the exercise every minute... I use it in combination with the smartphone timer; not a smooth arrangement.The instructions say to not step unilaterally on the plate and that is something that needs to be observed strictly otherwise the plate lowers the frequency and feels stuck, but restarts once you stand correctly on it. In cases like this, I question the durability of the product but have not used it long enough to be able to speak from experience.The bands are OK; I've worked mostly with the red ones (longer) as the black ones are a bit too short and perhaps more resistant than I care for. It is best to not attach them unless they are being used otherwise they cause a racket which is tiresome.The controls are intuitive but the beeping they generate is irritating -- it isn't possible to lower the tone. Also the led lights in either side of the plate are bothersome -- I wish it were possible to deactivate them.The item and sundries that come with it have a very strong smell that lingers for a long time -- it's necessary to let all of them air but not in a place where you spend time as it may trigger headaches. The plate is heavy but easy to carry around (not by children or people with weak arms!). The instruction booklet says it can be wheeled... but there are no wheels to it.
