For anyone getting these and not having used a type of voltage reader before be aware there are no instructions on how to use them. This could cause a problem as there are numerous combinations of how you could fit your battery lead to the device, only one way is correct.Simply, always remember screen facing you with the speakers at the top and pins at the bottom, take your battery lead (the one that goes into the balance charger) and always keep the black outermost cable on the left, this is the one that will go into the first pin - see photo.The first voltage you see will be all the cells in total, it will then cycle through each cell 1,2 3 etc...There is a button on the top, each time pressed it will take the voltage up 0.1, this is so you can set a minimal voltage for a single cell. Once the voltage reaches your minimal voltage an alarm sounds, I can hear this some 200 meters away without issue. Overall a very good product

These were bought to monitor battery voltages on cordless tool lithium conversions. They work as intended but there are no markings how to connect the battery e.g does not say which way up the connector goes and which end negative should go to. There are 4 ways of connecting it with only one being correct.Had to google for connection information to see which way up the plug goes and which end to put the negative at. It wouldn't be too hard to put a mark on the casing which end is negative or at least a label attached to the back.Other than this issue the voltage monitors are cheap and work great.

The product is good once you can work out how to connect it correctly and how to set it up. There are no instructions with the unit, and there are no markings on the unit to help with the electrical connections, it's all guesswork. The only other complain I have is the audible alarm, I've yet to make it work. It might be what I'm doing, no instructions, but by scrolling through the preset voltage values I can get the unit to flash on and off when the battery is low, but not to sound the alarm.

All working fine. Quiet accurate - compared with a charger and multimeter . Like most of that testers - display not easy to read in strong sun. For that price I can just recommended.

Seem to work pretty well and the case helps protect the unit although it’s not water proof but excellent value.

Product exactly as described. Works well and has a robust feel to it. Could do with instructions to say exactly how to connect it to your battery, but this is easily solved by some trial and error. I use these for modified nerf guns with lipo batteries.
