It came with all the pieces (unassembled). My 10-year old autistic son put it together in maybe 2-minutes. Once assembled, it looked exactly as the picture. I would definitely buy more lego figurines.

Lego Mini Figure - Sensei Wu
To say my son is happy is an understatement. Figure is genuine with genuine packaging. Great. Will certainly buy from these guys when looking in the future.

Side card is just blank white tile
Separate square for attaching I guess, but it is not a sticker. I ruined it trying to do so. Another thing to be aware of is he does not come with a stand. I've ordered from them before so no real complaints. If you want a specific Lego minifig, you have to pay extra like this.
