Looks like a nice product but was missing part of the mounting hardware and the Magnetic hitch cover. Only option was wait for a replacement to ship again. Fortunately looks like the hardware can be found locally to replace missing items instead of waiting another 10 days for a replacement to arrive and putting me further behind schedule. Frustrating to spend money on something that was suppose to be included.

Everything in this kit is pretty beefy... except the frame brackets. They seem a little weak, barely 1/4 thick. I am a rancher, and there is a reason why I usually build my own flat beds. I added this unit to a 2002 dodge that I got recently, I needed the hitch before I could get a flatbed built, and I will try to baby this until then. Install took about 12 hrs, but I was in a crappy shop, and had to do some mods to be able to reconnect air bag spring helpers. Probably could have done it in about 4-5 hrs otherwise (less if you have a good lift). Fit was perfect, lined up with factory frame holes no problem. Watch out if you have anything but stock exhaust, I got extremely lucky as this was an oversight on my part, but it worked out. I also added a 1/4" to the length measurement for the 3 1/2' hole in the bed. I have a very thick spray in bed liner, and the + 1/4in was just about perfect. I am taking 1 star off because I am not impressed with the frame brackets, and the handle to remove the ball is too short to reach through the plastic shrouds in the fender wells. Other than that, it's a good product. Will update after I have actually pulled a trailer...

Perfect fit. Is exactly what they say direct bolt on no drilling required other then the hole in the bed. Very specific instructions that come with it, not alot of pictures but enough that if you know how to read will get you through. You will need a torque wrench that goes up to at least 210 ft/lbs and a 3 1/2" hole saw if you install it yourself but if you do you might want to check insurance cause I was told that if it wasn't installed by a dealer that if an accident happens because of the hitch its not covered. Not sure how true that is though.

The product is easy to install and did not require removing the truck bed or any other parts. The only real change that I made was to cut a panel out of my fender well on the left side so that accessing the release pin would be easier. I towed a 30 foot trailer with this and it worked flawlessly.

Mounted up easy. Haven't towed without yet but should do the job.So it towed great.

Easy install, took a little time

Everything went together fine... minus there was a bad weld here the ball goes in. And would let the ball go all the way down. had to file it down and that fixed the issue.
