I have always had bad posture, or at least weird posture. I've been meditating for 16 years, so I have great sitting posture when I am mindful about it, but standing or walking, my back sort of slumps which makes my belly look even more potbellied than it actually is.I was concerned this was going to be a gimmicky product, but it's actually very simple and efficient. It's two matching straps, basically loops made of stretching material with an extra tab of fabric with velcro at the end. You just stick one arm in each loop and wrap them around and *POOF*, the straps pull on your shoulders evenly and adjust your spine and shoulders. I wouldn't say its comfortable, but it's not uncomfortable, just that I'd imagine people less used to paying attention to posture will be very aware of it- but that actually helps. It's just enough pressure to let your body know what to do.I was especially impressed by how quickly it arrived, and how minimal the packaging is.Two things to be aware of: 1) There are no instructions in the box, so you might want to make sure you remember to come look at the product description and/or print it out, especially if giving as a gift. 2) The large is pretty form fitting on me, and I'm just slightly overweight and 5'7", so order on the large side if you can.

I work from home and have a bad habit of awful posture in my office chair. After years of 9-hour days, I started to develop a neck slump. I've never owned a posture corrector before but I figured it was a good time to give it a try. I almost never buy items with less than 500 reviews but I picked this up based on the simplistic design. I travel a lot and it seemed like it would be small and lightweight enough to fit in my carryon. I'm glad I did. It's a little confusing to put on at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a great product. I've been wearing it for about three hours a day at my desk and I already see a difference in my posture. I don't plan on rocking it over my bikini anytime soon and it may not be as comfortable under the cloths. But It could easily be worn over a camisole and under a blazer for excellent posture at business meetings. It also does not dig in under the arms which was a big complaint I kept seeing about other posture correctors. Overall it's lightweight yet sturdy and does the job as advertised. The velcro is super strong but may need to be replaced after a few years of regular use. If you're thinking about it, it's definitely worth buying.

It guides your chest open helping in building a good posture. Can be used while doing any activity like gardening, driving, cooking, working at the computer, etc. without sacrificing support or hindering in the activities. Very useful product as it conceals easily under a coat or a shirt.  

No instructions. Had no idea on how to use this device. Do not waste your money.

Now there are a lot of jobs that require us to be in the wrong position. Many people suffer from back pain or a hump. This corrector is ideal for fixing this problem. The material is very soft, lightweight and breathable. You can safely do all things, walk with children, cook, clean. Corrector helps to align posture, trains muscles. It is easy to use and can be easily washed. Recommend 

I purchased this to wear around the house in an attempt to fix my poor posture. My muscles were sore after wearing it for just a half hour. So I do believe it works-if you wear it. I was kind of dreading wearing it after that but decided to plan on wearing it while I worked on the computer, breastfeeding and made dinner. I think just twice a day for a decent chunk of time is enough to help train your body/muscles to the correct posture. It's very easy to use and I'm happy with the improvements I've had thus far. My husband loves it, and he bought his own as well.

It’s a Great product, it gently push shoulders back and lift neck-up, that’s making you to look forward while walking straight. For the first few days an uncomfort is common which feel like carrying an empty bag on shoulders but, If the waist is correct and pulled to tight for reasonable support then you will use it everyday, walking, working, standing, moving, even sitting or in the gym would be helpfull too.I would definitely recommend purchasing this, it will make the biggest difference in relieving back pain and helping correct your posture.

This is great to correct a posture. First of all it arrived within 2 days, secondly it is exactly as described. Got this for my very close friend who works in the office. She was complaining about back pain and as she works with computer 8 hours a day I have noticed that her posture has become somehow deformed and after a little bit research I have found this might be a solution! And I am not disappointed so far. All in all very happy with my purchase and my friend is praising me for the present.
