SPUD Belt Squat Medium Belt for Weight Lifting Strength Training and Power Lifting (Black)

This belt is way more comfortable than the one that came with my machine. It’s heavy duty and feels built to last. I’m 5'10 and on the larger side, and it fits me perfectly with no digging or marks after use. Definitely worth getting.

This belt was exactly what I needed. I can't barbell squat right now due to a bulging disc and sciatica. But belt squats are perfectly fine. This belt is very comfortable and fits my height well. 10 out 10 would buy again and again, but I doubt this thing will ever wear out.

It there was a 10 Star review this belt would get it. All I can say is you WILL NEVER break this belt. It looks and feels indestructible and I've had it staked with reds ( 25 kg plates ) doing belt squats and it's super comfortable and just solid. If you buy this belt you will not need another one ever. EVER!!!

This was a great purchase. Definitely worth a little more money. I bought another one, was designed so it hangs way too low. This fits and utilizes the chain to get weight positioned optimally. I hear that Spud inc straps and handles are also best of the best.

I happened to break my dip belt this week which I had been using for hip belt squats. (The leather holding one of the D-rings snapped, mid repetition.) Today was my first workout with the Spud and to say it is a world of difference is an understatement. No more pinching chains or other issues...the only discomfort comes from the muscles being taxed during the set. So glad to have found this particular belt among the universe of others out there. (I hope it lasts for years to come.)

Very comfortable and well built. Great addition to garage gym.

There is 18” more of the 5” wide padded portion on the large than the medium. Yet the belt lengths are only 11” difference. The medium needs about 4” more of the wide section. Medium cuts into my hip bone and the large is WAY too big. Doesn’t make any sense how there could be that much difference with nothing in between offered. Length of the medium is perfect. If it had a few more inches of the wide padded section, it would be perfect.

Der erste Eindruck ist erstmal positiv . Dieser Gürtel sitzt bei mir sehr gut ohne unangenehm zu drücken . Ich werde ihn noch mit hohen Gewichten testen .

Holy grail for belt squats and weighted dips/pullups. Exceptionally comfortable to wear without chaffing on hips and inner thighs, far superior to traditional rigid chain belts. Expensive but easily pays itself off if belt squats and weighted lifts are regularly part of your training regime.
